"About To Rain" detail - this colorful painting shows two belted galloway cows on some moorland standing under a colorful cloudy sky that looks as though it's about to rain. This narrow picture would fit an end wall or alcove beautifully, or can be combined with other narrow paintings to make a multiple image display. Notice the translucency of the cows which conveys a sense of "a moment captured" as if these cattle will move to a different position in a few seconds.
