'The walk back' - created while sat on the sand at Fistral Beach in Cornwall, this is a plein air watercolour painting inspired by the view across the golden sand out to the green, blue and purple ocean with waves rolling in at low tide. A young man with brown hair walks back towards his friends with a full wet suit on while carrying a yellow surfboard under his arm.
