"It's About To Rain" (detail) - part of a larger painting, this detail shows a close-up view of a black and white belted galloway cow staring out of the picture at you. It's coat is all fluffed up in the wind but still acts to keep this farm animal warm even up on the exposed heights of Dartmoor in Devon. Notice the distinctive single white stripe around the belly!
