'Purple, blue and looking at you' - line and wash, watercolor painting of a Riggit Galloway Calf standing side on and looking out at the viewer. This painting was inspired by the Riggit Galloway cattle from Two Mills in Suffolk England. These cows have a very distinctive look featuring a white stripe that extends along the length of their backs. This calf is actually black with white stripes and patterning but I've chosen to enhance the reflected hues including blues and purples.
